OVERVIEW
Superbolt is a multi-jackbolt tensioning (MJT) technology that allows safe, accurate tightening of large bolts using only hand tools. It replaces traditional bolting methods with a system that applies preload through multiple jackbolts, making installation and removal easier, safer, and more precise.

1. Nut-Style Tensioners
- Replace standard hex nuts.
- Available in standard, high-strength, and super high-strength grades.
2. Bolt-Style Tensioners
- Used in tapped holes or tight spaces.
- External hex for easy installation/removal.
- Available in standard and high-strength versions.
3. Compact/Low-Profile Tensioners
- Designed for limited headroom or thread engagement.
- Ideal for high preload in confined spaces.
4. Reactive Side Solutions
- For through-hole applications.
- Adds elasticity to bolted joints.
5. Expansion/Coupling Bolts
- Used in rotating equipment and couplings.
- Captive countersunk jackbolts for harsh environments.
6. Smart/Load-Sensing Technology
- Built-in sensors for real-time preload monitoring.
